    blah blah blah dude is not a doctor. and if youre on keto diet you wont have glyccogon storage to draw from - your body would be creating glucose on its own - so he's invalidating his own argument. and i want him drug tested to see if he's 100% natural.

    I do enjoy some of your videos and being a professional, it would be most helpful to correct your offensive language and using God’s name in the wrong way. I clicked off this video for that reason. I will pray that in the middle of all that knowledge you’ve been gifted with, you find the humility to be more careful in your speech. Until then, I’ll be watching other carnivore doctors. 💔

    It is good to know that fixing the diet can fix the mental illness, but it is also dangerous for mental patients to solely rely on diets without taking their medicines. I think further long-term studies are still needed for mental patients to quit their prescriptions because it takes time to do the right keto diet and to see the impacts on their brains. I certainly love to see all mental patients eventually free of medicines.

    this has me thinking that my move to carnivore (largely consisting of ribeye, ground beef, butter, eggs), and upping my fat to ~150g/day has put my body into a state of inflammation (High h-CRP, ferritin, total cholesterol over 700, LDL 638, Tri 103, HDL 48) and that for whatever reason the high fat low carb high protein approach doesn't work for me. I'll give the low carb low fat protein sparing approach a go but I think it's going to be hard. Giving up carbs was easy when you have delicious animal fats but just eating protein seems like it will be very hard for a number of reasons.

    All these catch phrases to this diet with no substance or backing whatsoever. Ignoring literally the best evidence we have about the ideal human diet..This should end well. Please, if you care about your health, I would highly advise to get out of this near cult, it's not ideal for human beings and ignores incredible evidence that really helps people's health and protects the body in different ways.

    I have been on a ketogenic diet for 8 months now and lost 60 lbs. Four months ago, I suffered a bilateral subdural hematoma along with a small stroke due to a warfarin imbalance. I continued that diet while in the hospital much to the chagrin of hospital staff. Pretty much ate only meat, eggs, salad and non starchy vegetables and refused all fruit and desserts. The team that awaited me when I got there after a 200 mile flight in a winter storm was obviously surprised. They had seen the scan and were expecting someone who was barely conscious. I was able to transfer myself from the gurney to the bed, speak clearly and pass the strength tests. Keto, I believe, greatly improved my outcome after two craniotomy’s. The stroke occurred after the first one due to my brain moving back to where it was supposed to be and I had the second craniotomy roughly three weeks after the first when I started having stroke symptoms I got another ambulance run by ground this time but also in a storm. So, it’s my opinion that Keto and probably Carnivore improve ones chances of there is a neurological problem. I can’t take warfarin or any blood thinners now, so I shoot for a period of autophagy (self prescribed) every day!

  • @mathewnottingham1006

    Started Keto 8 months ago and lost 60 lbs. 3 months ago I accidentally took too much Warfarin ( due to blood clots in my left leg that resulted in a large pulmonary embolism years ago) and developed a bilateral subdural hematoma that required 2 Craniotomy’s and also produced a small stroke and an episode of AFIB. I can no longer take blood thinners of any kind and I’m to be scheduled for a Watchman procedure to help prevent a large stroke. There are no clots left in my legs and they put an IVC screen in, just in case. My survival so far is due to God and my weight loss. I’ve recovered quickly and I think sufficiently, to exercise carefully with 15 Lb dumbbells and walk a few miles. I also just started a fast after loading up on red meat, a salad, cheese and cream in my coffee. Went to bed at 218lbs and got up (after several bathroom trips in the night) at 213. I’m fasting for autophagy but further fat loss won’t bother me at all. I think autophagy may reduce my risk of another stroke somewhat. Could be wrong about that though. I theorize that it may clean up some clots though since I get some by eating in a short window most days, so a longer fast may get bigger results.

    Strangely, on strict carnivore for two weeks now, no sugar of any kind, and glucose readings on cgm are going up??? I am no longer hungry (good thing with no cravings) and am eating fat and protein twice a day. Has anyone else experienced this rise in sugar? Went from about 130 to 190s with peaks at 200 to 230 after eating ONLY carnivore with water.. 1 cup of coffee a day. Down 5 lbs since I started two weeks ago, but the rise in sugar is concerning. Only on metformin for t2d. Any suggestions or comments? I am committed to carnivore for 90 days to see if it works for me, especially, sugar and weight. I will continue and hope for improvement. Thanks! Great conference info.

  • @free2ufreefertilizer
    @free2ufreefertilizer Місяць тому

    @free2ufreefertilizer 5 days ago All these doctors talking about what to eat and what not to eat-this is one big pile of shit. None of them have a clue about what's going into your food. Doctors, let me educate you guys. Head out to your local farmer-yes, one nearby. Don't go too far. You'll find plenty of agricultural chemicals: Roundup, 2,4-D, and a couple more I can't pronounce that go on a lot of agricultural crops. My favorite one is Trimec broadleaf weed killer. It smells so good when it's sprayed on your food. Don't worry, you can't wash it off. It's systemic. Do you know what systemic means? When you spray the plant, the residue soaks into the soil. Yeah, you heard me right. It soaks into the soil, and then the plant's root system takes it up and stores the chemical in the leaf structure you're going to eat. But don't worry, it's in low doses. It won't kill you right away; it just causes prolonged exposure. Then it will wreak all kinds of havoc in your body. But you won't be able to identify it because you're not going to know how it happened or what the causation of your illness is because you ate the illness three years ago, six months ago, or two weeks ago when you were at the salad bar. The salad bar doesn't tell you, "Hey, we sprayed twenty-five different agricultural chemicals on your salad for you, and by the way, we didn't even charge you-you get it for free." People, you need to freaking wake up. They don't care about your health. All they care about is "stack it high, sell it cheap." Let me reiterate: Stack it high (Walmart), sell it cheap (Walmart), and all your big box store grocery stores. If they cared about you, the government would make all food manufacturers list all the chemicals they spray on your food. And they'd make it law so you'd know how much Roundup was sprayed on your food, how many chemicals, and in what dosages, and all the other shit-poison-you get to ingest every day with your family. Don't take my word for it. Go ask the farmers, the agricultural industry, Monsanto, Mosaic, Syngenta, and the US Department of Agriculture, who slaps a seal of approval on all this shit sprayed by agricultural chemical supply companies.

    HELP NEEDED PLEASE. Can you please help me understand something? My Tri is 48 (scale is 60-150); my HDL is good, 75. My LDL is 127 (high). Ratio Tri to HDL is 0.64. My BP is perfect and BMI is a very low 20. I run a lift a bit (not excessively) but cannot gain ANY weight. I lost a gallbladder a few years back so maybe fat absorption (A,D,E & K) is an issue. I take a Dig. enzyme. I also think I have a fast metabolism after trying IF 18:6 just to try it. Lost 10lbs I did not need to and could never gain it back. I am going to a Cardio and a Gastro doc(s) tomorrow basically for check-ups. Are there any tests that you can please recommend? Also, any thoughts on my health picture would be very much appreciated. I have energy and feel mostly good- just too lean and heart disease ran on my fathers side. He died younger than I am now. Am I a LMHR? Thanks again!

    Thank you so much. I am 65. Based on your pictures, I am stage 3. ALL of my doctors over the years have blamed me and my lack of will power for my medical conditions and how my legs look. I wish this were mandatory training for all doctors. I now eat carnivore, I am seeing and feeling real results.

      That is amazing to hear. My mother (82) has it, so do I (52)🙁 She had slim legs until her 30s but put on weight over the years and her lipedema got worse. She has only ever thought of herself as being ‘overweight’ she doesn’t seem to question why her fat is so lumpy compared to other people’s or why varicose veins have been an issue over 3 generations of women. I have questioned it, and concluded we likely have some type of EDS. I am probably at stage 1 and do not want to get worse to the point that she is now at. She is in a lot of pain. However, there is no point me even showing her this video as she only ever listens to what drs tell her.

    Excellent Presentation The only problem is if the medical system adopts the Low Carb Ketogenic Diet. It will make the Medical System REDUNDANT

    Good message, thought provoking. Both good. Also Self contradiction within 5 minutes. Too general to be truly useful. To sum up, good ideas, concept is solid. Proposed application and personal bias is BS.

    I don’t like it when people are compared to animals. Animals are stupid and are driven by ingrained instinct that cannot be controlled by them. People have the ability to choose. Same argument when we celebrate the cave men and their diets. They literally died at 35!!
